Hello Everyone!

     I hope all of you will take the time to read and understand my blogs. Hopefully as time goes by, I will get better and better while providing great insight and motivation to you to challenge yourself with your health and fitness!

    I have always been unconcerned about my health. I always felt that when it was my time it was my time! I am sure some of you can relate, Right? As time has passed I started to gain weight! My wife and I tried P90X and actually completed the program. It was very difficult and painful. We finished all 90 days. My wife went from a size 8 to a 4. I gained some muscle but did not lost much weight. She was excited about her results but I was not. Anyways, We did not do the program again!

   Shortly thereafter, we started to gain weight again. I ballooned up to 170 pounds (I am pushing 5'6 in height). I hated looking at myself in the mirror. For my size and build my weight should be about 140 lbs.

   In January of last year, I was approached by a friend from high school about this business opportunity. She said that I could make enough extra money doing this business to quit my part time job throwing newspapers every morning from 1 am to 5 am. I still was not interested. She approached me a few more times over the next few months. Each time with me telling her that, I was not interested. As the months passed, she would update me about her own personal progress. She promotes The 90-Day Challenge! The 90-Day challenge is based on a meal replacement program that helps you lose weight, build muscle and just get healthy. Well, I still was not interested. Then I received an email from her telling me that she had lost some weight but also earned a FREE BMW in the process. That is when I became more interested. I asked her to send me some information in regards to the product and the business opportunity.

 Once I received the information, I studied it and found it very interesting. I liked the idea of losing weight, getting my product for FREE and having the opportunity to earn some extra income. However, The thing that I was most interested in was the BMW. I am not going to lie. Ten years earlier, I owned a Z3 BMW and I loved it. To get another one has always been in the back of my mind. I thought, "Here is my opportunity to get my BMW". The best part about it was I can get the BMW for FREE!

There was one thing stopping me from jumping in full speed. My wife! LOL! (I am sure some of you guys can relate) I had to convince my wife about the opportunity and the products. I emailed my friend and told her that I was convinced. I also told her that I would not be doing anything until she talked to my wife. I had to have my wife's full support to move forward with this business. I mentioned it to my wife, explaining to her that we can lose weight, get healthy AND build a business together.

My wife was contacted by my friend from High School. My wife researched the product, the company and everything she could online to see what "dirt" she could bring up. She found nothing. Then she said, "I have to taste it" I am not going to promote it or use it unless I like the taste!" Our friend mailed us some samples, we tried them, liked them and started our home based business that day!
